Good evening and happy Friday everyone. Let’s get right to it this time. It’s another relatively light weekend in terms of disruptions. Once again, the R is being truncated to Herald Square because of ongoing work to restore full R-line service between Manhattan and Brooklyn. The Q is running local north of Canal St in both directions to supplement the N and riders are urged to use the 4 and 5 trains for lower Manhattan. Besides that, the A is running local between Broadway Junction and Utica Av & the D continues to run express between 170 St and 145 St. Other than that, it’s normal service on the rails.
