Good evening. It’s going to be a busy weekend if you’re traveling between Manhattan and Brooklyn. First off, we have a return of the Canarsie shutdowns. This weekend, there will be no L train service between Broadway Junction and 8 Avenue. To compensate for that loss of service, full-length M trains will run into Manhattan during the daytime and evening hours. That isn’t the only service change to deal with though. As usual, 4 and 5 train service is impacted by work on the Joralemon St tunnels, with the former truncated to Brooklyn Bridge and the latter to Grand Central. Also returning this weekend are the suspensions of 5 train service between E 180 Street and Dyre Av, A service between Euclid Av and Howard Beach, and F train service south of Church Av.
