Weekend of Aug. 17th

This weekend, the final and most disruptive phase of the 96th Street switch replacement project begins. In fact, most of the service changes in place are related to this project. The biggest one is the suspension of service along most of 7th Avenue. Check out the list below:

• 1 – No service between 137 St-City College and South Ferry
• 2 – All service runs via 5 line between 149 St-Grand Concourse and Nevins St
• 3 – No weekend service
• 5 – No service between E 180 Street and Bowling Green
• 7 – No service between Grand Central and Queensboro Plaza
• D – Late night service is local-only between 145 Street and 59 St-Columbus Circle
• F – Manhattan-bound service runs via E line between Roosevelt Av and Rockefeller Ctr.
• M – No service between Rockefeller Center and 96 Street
• N – All service runs via D line between 36 Street and Coney Island
• SIR – No service between Jefferson Av and St. George
